- Notary Fee - standard, State-mandated rates - typically $10 per document
- Travel Fee - $45 and up, depending on distance, rush hour, late night, etc. Discounts for residents of Shadow Hills. Call for a quote
- Loan Signing
- Single loan, with travel up to 25 miles - $75. Reduced rate offered for repeat business.
- E-docs printed on dual-tray laser printer- 2 copies - $40
